The river view from the room, friendly and well-trained staff, delicious buffet, self-serve cold drink machine, and comfortable bed.

the hotel is super clean, and it's located close to a contractor. i found some cool shops and really liked the amenities. the pool was awesome, and the snack bar had great crème brûlée.

Our stay at this Lake Charles resort was truly enjoyable. The spacious and well-decorated room impressed us from the moment we entered. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, especially the cozy bed, made us feel relaxed and at home. The staff at the Texas Tea game were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our questions. The facility itself was beautiful, with the pool area and lazy river catching our eye for future visits. The valet parking service was a convenient and appreciated amenity.

the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had plenty of amenities like restaurants and a sundries shop. Although I had a negative experience with the grilled cheese sandwich, I was very impressed with the friendly and attentive service from bartender Danny, who made my night worthwhile.

The adult pool was amazing, providing much-needed relaxation. We were impressed by the attentive security in the casino when dealing with disruptive guests. Rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed the Modern Pantry and Jack Daniels Restaurant. I'll recommend this hotel.
